please help I have a city and guilds nvq level 3 in refrigeration and air conditioning, when I sent these off to wes it came back that I only have a secondary school diploma ? I also have gcse's. and when I put these details in the ee profile it say's I don't qualify for ee???? I have 20 years in the trade. please help I'm at a loss as I don't qualify for ee

The WES evaluation is correct. Your education is the equivalent of a secondary school diploma in Canada.

Have you looked at immigration options Under skilled trades category??
what I understand from you post is that you have experience in Skilled trades and may qualify under skilled trades category not as Federal Skilled worker.
is there a red seal certification program for your trade in Canada?
