HI everyone,

I need some help to determine the NOC code for my Service Coordinator job title

Roles and responsibilities were as follow:

Responsible for managing of specific fleet accounts, printing reports and delegating tasks to technicians, creating customer sales invoices from work orders, filing, coordinating time management for technicians, following up with customers on service issues and assisting our dispatch office to take customer calls and delegating duties to our road service technicians.
Dispatch the technician as per requirement

Thanks

Possibly

But if you can, add something about supervising and/or training staff... otherwise you may be at risk of IRCC "downgrading" you to a level C occupation...

Hi Jes thanks for clearing that out so If I add only “supervising the technician “on my job duties ,will that be ok then ?
And then what should I put as a Job title ?
Will Service Coordinator be ok then ?

Hi Jes thanks for clearing that out so If I add only “supervising the technician “on my job duties ,will that be ok then ?

If it is true, then it will help.

And then what should I put as a Job title ?
Your job title. Your actual job title, as given to you by your employer.

You should also check this NOC -
http://noc.esdc.gc.ca/English/noc/V....aspx?val=7&val1=7301&ver=16&val65=automotive

Choose whichever is the best fit. It helps a lot if you include a paragraph about your employer - the goods/services provided, who the customers/clients are... this is so that IRCC can review the lead statement in the NOC and make sure it is a good match.
