My sister completed Bachelor's of Pharmacy in India and studied Regulatory affairs in Canada. Based on her Walmart customer service job, she bagged a full time job in Sectigo as Validation Specialist. Her job responsibilities include:
• Responsible for researching, gathering, and verifying the accuracy of the information collected for new Sectigo orders, Sectigo Certificate Manager requests, and renewals through Qualified Independent Information Sources (QIIS) and Qualified Government Information Sources (QGIS) • Provide exceptional customer experience by managing emails, orders, cases, and phone inquiries by taking ownership of the customer issues and seeing problems through to resolution • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and set proper expectations • Independently research to solve customer issues and escalate cases when appropriate. • Assist Sales and Partners with enquiries and/or customer issues • Additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
