Hi Everyone,
These are the job duties on my reference letter. Please suggest if you see it appropriate for NOC 2221

  1. Collecting and preparing dairy, food samples. Conducting routine experiments using analytical methods for quantitative and qualitative analysis of food and dairy and products like milk, cream, whey protein.
  2. Performed laboratory experiments which included fat analysis, protein analysis, moisture, calcium to characterize the quality of food and dairy products. Assisted in more extensive testing with sensory and systems design & measurement teams when required.
  3. Used technical instruments such as high process liquid chromatography, kjeldal method, for checking
  4. Assisted in new ingredient and product development initiatives for the dairy applications area by designing and conducting experiments in the laboratory and pilot plant
  5. Assisted in developing new food formulations as necessary to demonstrate performance of our ingredients in order to best meet research project requirement and customer requirements.
  6. assisted in keeping accurate records to support internal clients and external customers.
7. assisted in collecting, analyzing and interpreting experimental data for scientific research being conducted in the laboratory.
