I've been requested to upload 4 more documents by CIC. all of them has a due date in July except the FBI clearance in Dec. My question is, can I upload and submit the other requested documents first and leave the FBI slot blank? Or should I upload a letter to explain that my FBI cert is not yet to be received while submitting my other documents? I am so confused. I am just worried that if I leave the FBI doc slot empty I will not be able to upload it later when I received it. But I will need to submit my other docs anyway before July. So I am not sure if CIC will allow me to upload again after I submit now.
