no he was"nt deported.. he got fingerprint done and everything .... on his record it's says sollicitation to prostitution misdemeanor
is that a criminal offense??? they say it's the reason why they denied him

Under Canadian Criminal Code solicitation of prostitution it is a summary conviction offence which is the least serious offences under the Criminal Code of Canada. If your husband has paid its fine and did the community service,, he would be able to apply for rehabilitation. As you have mentioned he has not completed the community service, which means that he has not completed his sentence, therefore I am not sure what chances you have to apply for rehabilitation.

I think you need to consult with a lawyer who is versed in criminality with respect to immigration matters.

Why would he pay a fine to an offence he wasn't guilty of? You do know that if you pay a fine, it's the same thing as pleading guilty right? The whole story of him just picking up a girl on the street and it happened to be his friend, and instead of fighting it, he pays a fine (pleads guilty), and to top it off, he's also an illegal. Oh boy, you've got a long road ahead for his PR. I really hope you're not just trying to find excuses for him if he really was picking up a hooker, because if he really did, then you have to re-evaluate if you really want to be with this guy. Also, some men take advantage of women who turn a blind eye to bad behaviour, if he really was a bad guy, taking advantage of you overlooking the prostitution charge is just the tip of the iceberg, he might try to take advantage again by getting canada PR. You should definitely consult a lawyer and just think about this whole thing carefully.

Good luck to you

Lets keep this to immigration advice, not relationship advice. Whatever happened it was one event 10 years ago. He's been clean since then.

The OP is trying to sponsor her husband to Canada. If she wants to be successful, she should have all the accurate details. Misinformation only hurts, even from strictly an immigration perspective.
