HELP: SINP how could employer can make a job offer?

Hello friend
My friend in Saskatchewan is ready to make me an offer letter hiring as an Store Manager. ( i am commerce graduate and can show some management experience). he said he can hire me but don't know what to do next? does he need to apply for Labor Market Opinion (LMO)? or what he needs to do to get it HRDC approved? how long does it take ( processing time) to approve a job letter?
Please help me. coz if this doesnt work out i may have to take federal immigration route which has a cap of 1000, so clock is ticking. and your guidence at earliest possible will help me a lot.

SINP does not require LMO all he need to do is to contact the immigration office just for instructions then write you a letter offering the position plus fill up all forms avaliable at the SK website. The application can be filled online by you, just remember that your friend needs to scan a copy of his job offer letter then email to you so you can add to your application. Observe all the requirements for the letter and other documents prior sending or it will not be accepted.

Only a formal letter is enough to apply for SINP yet IF he or you is on the hurry, he must apply for LMO and with that you can apply for temporary work permit which is NOT permanent. I just call SINP about my case and found that time line there is bettween 5 to 8 months just for nomination (skilled worker) and after that you still have to go thru CIC (federal office) :'(

i read on this forum that once approved by province, CIC delhi takes 2-4 weeks max, sends file # , medical and PPR same time. hope its true. and with offer letter do we still needs to score 35 points?

Yes you do. Read SINP requirements, there is a lot of info there.
