I am currently on a work permit here in Canada but my spouse is Outland. Now, I just got a Nomination certificate for both of us. Can I apply for PR as an inland applicant with my outland spouse included?

Your responses will be highly valued, Thanks!!!

Yes, you should include your dependents (spouse and any kids you may have).

Asking questions in the wrong section of the forum can lead to wrong answers. There are different rules for different immigration streams, so you should keep to the correct section of the forum to receive the most accurate answers.

While I do not disagree that it's more effective to ask the question in the PNP or EE forums, the answer supplied regarding dependents is correct.
