HELP!!!!!!!!! Should I apply as "Inland" or "Outland"

I am currently on a work permit here in Canada but my spouse is Outland. Now, I just got a Nomination certificate for both of us. Can I apply for PR as an inland applicant with my outland spouse included?

Considering you are in Canada and your spouse is not, I suppose you applied for your spouse's Nomination certificate as your dependant.
If so, you can apply as Inland with accompanying spouse Outland.

If it was separate application for both of you, you need to apply as Inland and your spouse will need to apply as Outland.
