im a new immigrant in canada from pakistan. I landed on pr via fsw program. Now me n my husband want to invite his parents here for a visit. We are not applying for their super visa its just a simple visit visa. Now the issue is that my husband has a sister who is physically and mentally disabled. She is a complete dependent. She is taken care at home and their are no medical issue related to her health or any expenses. She is 35 years old. She cannot speak nor she can walk. She cannot get married either. I wanted to know whether she will be able to get a visit visa along with the parents??

She can certainly apply for a TRV. Given her situation, there is quite a good chance the TRV will be refused. But again, you can certainly try.

What is TRV? And the reason for rejection? She def will return back with my in laws as she cannot stay without them.

A TRV is a temporary resident visa. That's what you referred to as a simple visit visa.
