Help required to fill Work experience page of EE profile

Having a doubt on Work experience page of EE profile
In my last organisation, my designation changed 3 times and I got the reference letter from that organisation like below,

2015-2016 Software Engg
2016-2017 Module Lead
2017-2018 Project Lead

So whether I need to mention all the timelines in EE profile or I need to mention only as below?
2015-2018 Project Lead

Please help me, guys!!!
