Searching for a job and applying under PNP are two different things. You cannot mix them really. If you are interested in migrating to Canada, check out your options at cic.gc.ca. You must choose a province to apply to if you want to be a provincial nominee. Likewise, You can try Google to check for different job sites but real job searching is really done once you have landed in your chosen province. Hope this helps.
