Help Required: Can I contact the Regional Medical Office - Ottawa?

Can someone please suggest if I can fax an enquiry to Regional medical office in Ottawa because I believe this is where all the medical results are sent by the DMP.

This is where I found this info.

I don't know whether medicals are sent there or not but you can definitely fax them, as there is a fax number mentioned on the website.
