The CIC website says RPRF can be paid online through Credit Card. I need to know that :
1. is it requirement that Credit Card is on Sponsor's Name? or It can be on someone else's name too.. like brother etc?
2. A debit Card can be used or not?
3. A visa debit card of Pakistani bank can be used?
The sponsor will be making payment from Canada on her computer but she don't have a credit card. Can I tell her to use my debit card? I have a Pakistani Currency Account... will it auto apply some exchange rate and do the payment?
