Help Regarding PCC

From 2008 to 2011 I used to study in a different city then the city I used to reside. In Pakistan you have to get PCC from every city you have resided in. On form IM5669E they are asking for my personal history. So If I was studying in a different city should I need to get PCC from that city as well, I wasn't residing there and had no address I just used to come to college and go back to my home?

if you did not have a legal residence in the city, and only commuted in for school, then i don't see why you would need a clearance from there. technically, you never resided there. i would think you only need a clearance from where you LIVED.

yes i have clearance from the city i lived in and also from the city where i studied and living now starting from may 2015-till now
