Hi Experts,

I need small information regarding IMM5669E Personal history question. What information should exactly go in here?

I have been to different countries some on business visas, some on visitor visas and some on work visas. Do we need to put all the information in here?

for e.g.: while I working in country A on work permit visited country B for 4 days and visited home country for 2 weeks. Does these records should go in here?

Appreciate your inputs.

The form itself is self explanatory against each question.
You should give the details, activity in brief (eg: visitor, business, employed... etc) as required without leaving any gap or leaving blank. Start from most recent and go back to previous 10 years if you are above 18. If you cannot accommodate the details in the given columns, attach additional sheet.

Either for the last 10 years or until you were 18, whichever comes first.

So lets say you are 30. You would go back until 20.
Lets say 24. You would go back 6 years (17-24).

No. Declare on travel form.

On personal history declare your employment / company info. Where you were working etc during this time.
 
If I am did some part time studies/certification course (on weekends) for 4 months with my job..

Do I have to mention this in Question 8 - Personal History ??

I will mention about my work but do I add another row to say I was studying too (overlapping period)?

I guess you could! I think they want you to be detailed but if you were just taking a course for the job you were doing, and it didn't lead to any accreditation/qualification, I don't know if there is really a need !
 
It was a Certification course in Finance domain.. (on campus but on weekends - part-time)

So this means I should not even mention this even in my education details, (Question 7)..??

It probably makes more sense to mention it in educational details if it led to certification. As long as you are declaring it here and recording your work history during that time under personal history, I don't think you need to repeat it in this section.
