Help regarding additional documents

I have resubmitted my TRV on 29th Sep 2021, before that I had applied in Jan 2021 and that was withdrawn the time I've reapplied in Sep. Today I've got an update on my application, they've sent me a letter and asking to submit more documents, I don't understand the letter.

Can anyone please advise, what should I do, also my husband courier my Spouse PR application 2 days back, I got notification my courier company that it got delivered.

Please advice.

How old are you? Did your parents apply for PR when you were a child and you didn't know?

Well you may want to get an immigration lawyer to help you sort it out but IRCC states that you have PR. We have had people on here who didn't know and their parents never told them.

I've asked an expert, they said they must have sent you by mistaken you for other Harpreet. and I know my parents never applied for PR.

So you will have to deal with IRCC for them to fix the issue. An immigration lawyer can probably do it for you because it will take time to resolve. IRCC will need to verify that it is an error in their systems.
