Help ! Refusal without reason

I applied for visa on 4th April under SPP, recieved my refusal letter on 12th April . Embassy has failed to mention reason for refusal. What do I do now ? I have already sent a request to high consulate to solve my query .

Hi,

I really doubt as to what steps the CHC (Canadian high Commission) will take to "solve" your query. They hand out many rejections, and do mention reasons such as proposed study may not be relevant to your background, not satisfied that the applicant is a bona fide student or not enough funds etc. etc.

Your only and most practical option will be to reapply once again under general or University category, by improving your overall application package.

You should mention your detailed profile and college/course applied for... so as to suggest anything further.

if you applied for May intake.. CHC is right to reject your application without any reason, becoz last date they mentioned clearly on spp checklist before 1st Apr, but you applied on 4th apr...

@tiger I am applying under non SPP now, September intake . I'll have to change switch my program as the other program is no more available . Any important measures I should take this time ?. Last application I didn't take loan, no bank statement attached.

@StudentHospitality, well, I applied on 5th april under spp and got visa on 10th. so not really sure if this was the reason.

@ Chiru, sorry to hear about your rejection, first thing you should do is to file CAIPS to know the exact reason of refusal. SEnding email won't work out. there is a standard procedure with a cost of CAD 125 and the same VO will give you detailed reason of rejection. Then you can't apply under SPP now, you file will go under General. But as you would know the reason well, then work accordinly. until CAIPS revert is available, can't guide you further. Hence first thing you must do now is to file CAIPS with CHC.

i hve gap one year n for that i attached computer course of 10 month den i applied in january intake i got refusal they said we r nt satisfy that u will leave canada after studies den again i applied in may in take again got refusal they said we r nt satisfied now wht i hve to do

coures in computer basics frm april 2011 to jan 2012
ielts exam on 25 aug -------6 bands no less than 5.5

they only hv one page format whr they tick some optn nthing else.......one n big reason for evry rejection is at end u ll not leave canada.....how stupid they r jinko visa de rahe ho onhone kahan vapis aana........idiots.....
