[HELP] Received NOI from Ontario

Hi guys,
I just checked my account and realized that I receive a Provincial/Territorial Interest Letter from Ontario. They asked me to contact them directly. I emailed them at ontarionominee@ontario.ca already for next steps advice. But I'm quite unsure of how this scheme is going to work? Do I need to apply for it or I can just wait for the next draw? My CRS is 413.

Please advise. Thank you a lot!!

I would wait for a couple of draws. But anyway if you want to apply you do not need to contact them, just fill the application in One-key. Google OINP pdf guide 2017 and you will find their official guide explaining step by step.

No I applied under Express Entry and got the NOI. I am just clueless about how this works, but i know Ontario has Human Capital Prioroties stream where they select candidates from the pool who have 400 points or more.

I see. I am currently in Post ITA phase. About to submit the documents with CRS 438. I don't think I will be receiving any invitation. I just made general profile for express entry like everybody does.

Good luck with you post ITA phase. With federal ITA you can reside in any place within Canada, but if you receice NOI from Ontario you have to stay in this province for a certain amount of time. So I think if you already got an ITA, don't worry about provincial NOI

I created my profile on 8 June and got NOI on 9 June. I dont know how Ontario selected candidates to send them NOI though

Did you receive a letter/attachment in your CIC account? The reason I am asking is that I did receive a NOI but it wasn't an attachment in my CIC account. When I expand application message, i just see their NOI message. I wonder if my profile out of wack or not.

No I only received a message just as you did. It wasn't an attached file like other messages we received when we successfully created our profile.
