Help!! Questions on Schedule A Form

Hi - I have a few questions on filling out the Schedule A form.

For an Indian education system, what would be the number of years of education and Field of Study (for the primary/secondary schools) would be for

1. Elementary/Primary School
2. Secondary/High School
3. University/College
4. Trade/Other Post Secondary

My wife has a part-time MBA and a full time 4 year bachelor degree.
