Hello All,
I have a slight conundrum that I have inadvertently set myself up for. I submitted my PR Application from New Delhi, India, but have since moved to Singapore for my masters education. Now if all goes well, I am likely to receive It is not possible for me to come back to New Delhi for a duration as long as the 3-4 weeks that it might take for the final stamping. My queries regarding that are as follows:
1) Can I change my VFS centre for passport submission to Singapore?
2) Should I write to IRCC beforehand as a change of status or should I write to them on the actual receipt of the passport request? (I'm worried that if they don't respond within time I might not be able to submit within the prescribed 30 days)
3) Does telling the IRCC that I am now studying in Singapore have an adverse impact on my application in any way? Are they likely to deny it for this reason or just simply deny change of passport submission at a different center as a matter of policy?
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
