I want to stydy in canada in diploma of electrical engineering but they reject my offer letter because i have 48. Marks in maths they ask atleast 50 now hat should I do ?

Find other schools which will accept your score
Go back to school in your country and improve your grades. Getting admitted into a college is not enough. With low grades, your study permit may be refused too.
Electrical Engineering requires a lot of math. If you are struggling with numbers, this may not be the right program for you. As suggested, you can go back to school and improve your grades first. Assuming that is 48 out of 100, most Canadian colleges would already consider that as failed.
