hi there, my name is sahil.
i have a pnp, and applied for federal PR.
And i got my AOR couple a month ago.
Unfortunately i damaged my passport, did washed. And BLS office said they’ll issue a new one.. i have no idea what can i do now. Anyy suggestions please. Really desperate

Get a new passport as suggested. Then raise a CSE and attach the new passport with letter of explanation

You have to be proactive and follow instructions. Click on the link I gave you. Scroll down and fill the required information and then click on next. It will give you the option to upload documents
