Hi,

Based on my understanding, you need at least CLB 7 on all areas of your language exam..for ielts, minimum score is 6, and i can see that you have 5.5 which is below 6. That can be the reason of you ineligibility.

Another thing, EE requires proof of funds depending on the number of family members. In your case its 2, so you need at least $14,6xx (forgot the exact amount) but we can pev it at $15000.
