What do they do during the medical exam?

What are the requirment to pass?

My US Husband those have a heart Condition, but it's not critical, would they consider that ?

After you submit all you forms, and you don't pass the Medical you will be denie? How much would all this cost for the whole process, all the paper work, medical and all that??

Appliation fee is 75 + 550 and the right of landing fee only if he's accepted is 490. The medical I have heard is cheaper if you get it done in Canada. Have him check how much the medical costs in the US and you can ask how much it is in Canada and he can have it while he's visiting if it's cheaper.

Spouses and dependent children are medically exempt - in other words, unless your husband has an illness that make him a threat to Canadian public health or safety, he cannot be refused PR status in Canada for medical reasons. See Sections 5.19 - 5.20 of the OP2 Family Class Processing Manual He does not need to be afraid to disclose his condition, and any medications, etc., to the DMP performing the exam. The exam itself is basically cursory - height, weight, vision test, listening to the heart and lungs, etc., and then a chest xray and blood work.
