dear sir
my question is i have 2174 noc code as software developer and my crs score is 400 is there any chance i can get nominated in any pnp or any province
please help i want submit my profile in express entry

OINP is a province that invites NOC 2174, but sorry to say that 400 is too low a score to receive an invite, you should look to boost your score some how, Try to increase your score by getting a better IELTS score, or work experience ( if not already 3 years) or additional education creds. All the best.

Alberta has been processing only those living and working in the province. Last week it held its first EE draw in 6 months and invited 50 people with scores above 406. It is not known what NOCs were selected. if you have family or a job in the province, you are given higher consideration.

Can you improve your language skills? What are you full IELTS scores? Do you have a masters? if not consider furthering your education as only a degree will not get a nomination without a job offer/LMIA.

Unfortunately after age 30, you will lose points on every birthday. You may want to look at Canadian masters programs.

Also just to add your NOC may require licensing for some provincial nomination programs. Again research each provincial program.
