CIC asks for the following document in 7 days.
Marriage Certificate / Licence: Please provide a copy of your marriage certificate
as the license alone is not sufficient.
I need suggestions on two things.
1 I get married in Ontario. On the Service Ontario website, it has two forms that I can request as marriage document: long form ($22) and file size($15). I ordered long form long time ago and used it as document. Then the letter comes and says the above sentence. Does it mean that I should use the file size version instead?
2 It takes 5 business days to process the file size document. I wonder what if anything happens and it does not come before deadline. Do I have the option to extend the deadline?
(I received the letter after 5 pm on Sep 28th and I requested the file size document online immediately yesterday)
