Hi everyone,

I want to apply under the Ontario PNP international student with job offer stream. I have some questions in regards to the application process.

1. The role is a client services specialist at a stock brokerage. I am not sure what the NOC code is for this position. I am not sure if the title is qualified as a NOC skill type A or B occupation.
Below is the job description for the role.
- Assisted clients with inquires of stock and options trading, order placement andexecution, margin call and margin buying power
- processed client requests incorporate action, foreign exchange conversion and account transfer
- collaborated with Technical Support team in resolving trading platform issues
- collaborated with Operations in processing client registered account management requests
- identify sales leads and cross-sell products and services

2. Do I have to apply within two years after graduation? I graduated with a Bachelor Degree in June 2012. I may not have enough time to complete the application given such a short time frame. I heard that if not apply within two years, the employer have to advertise the position to proof that attempts were made to find a Canadian employee.

3. The first step is the Employer application:The employer applies for approval of a position. If approved, the employer receives a Nominee Application package.
How long do I need to wait to find out if the position is approved or not ?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
