Help! Online visitor visa!

Hi. I need help. I tried to apply for my parents visitor visa online but there is not enough space to submit all the documents. The size of a Word Doc has to be very little. What can i do? Can i send the rest by email? I would appreciate any advice. Thank you

I think it is 2Mb? That should be more than enough. If not go to your nearest office center and ask a professional to help you reduce the size. Try printing a low resolution PDF, that should do the trick.

No, you can't send more by email. The whole point is for people to use smartly the tool and upload only what is needed.

You need IT expert to include many doc in a single doc and upload. 4mb is quite enough.
