I had made the required GIC payment on June 14, 2019 and the specified amount was debited from my account on June 21, 2019 but I haven't stil lreceived the GIC yet. I have sent about 5 follow-up emails but all of them say that it takes 10 business days. I don't know what to do. Please help it's really urgent.
