HELP...NOT ABLE TO LINK APPLICATION TO GCKEY

Please Help, Unable to link application to GC Key.

If anybody can help, I have tried all the combinations to link my spousal application to GC key. Can sign in with ECAS but comes application not found when trying to link with GC Key. Any Suggestions.

It can be notoriously hard to link. One method that worked for a few people is described here:

Unfortunately, there is no one guaranteed path to success. Try to input the bare minimum of information - so miss out as many fields as possible and rely on the screen validation to tell you what it must have, then only input that - not all fields on any one screen are mandatory and the more information you input, the greater the possibility that CIC have input it slightly differently (or even incorrectly) at their end!
