I need a suggestion. Since I was born at my house I did not have a birth certificate.My father got one and it was made based on my matriculation certificate. In my matriculation certificate my name was given as Farukhzad paikar and then in my passport my name is farrukhzad Paiker.So there is an error of two alphabets. Also my fathers name on my matriculation certificate is Mohd Shafi Lone and on my passport it is Mohhamad Shafi Lone.Again there is an error of two alphabets. Can my father get an affidavit done and state that since there were no birth certificates issued the time I was born and there was a spelling mistake while my passport was made.Please help.
