Help needed, wife's passport lost. what to do?

Hi all,
My wife's passport has been lost. I have sent updated application forms and related documents last February upon receiving email from SVO.

My ecas shows "in process" , but within it says ".....pending review."

What will I do about my wife's passport?

Report to the police immediately and then proceed to get a new passport.
And it is best to let your file takes it's natural course, avoid telling VO to postpone MR cos your wife has lost her passport. All the best!
