i approximately showed approximately $30K in bank and immovable assests of $9.2M CAD on my name.
So for a 5 month visit using most of your funds because you cannot work. Again, your spouse is PR and pregnant and IRCC doesn't believe that you are just coming to visit. You will file inland sponsorship as soon as you land.

so after applying for PR, can i change my leave plan to 2 months or lesser than that. will they compare the details with my previous applications?. Also any suggestion on the funds for 1-2 months of stay?
IRCC can read all past applications. Applying for PR is not enough to then submit another TRV application. You need to wait for AOR which takes months, and shows that you submitted a complete application.

How far along is your spouse? She needs to make plans to deliver without you or return and give birth in home country with you.

Her medical condition is normal, she is working from home, she is given medicine for diabetes and some vitamins and mineral supplements.
Then she is just pregnant. It's not a medical condition that will speed up a TRV application for compassion ground. (you know what I mean)

Would add that depending on how long she had been out of Canada before August and exact travel dates she may also have had to reapply for a new health card to qualify for healthcare. You must meet a residency requirement to qualify for provincial healthcare along with having a valid health card. A fairly normal pregnancy is not viewed as a medical condition and more like a personal decision

@Naturgrl , can we 100% be sure that we will get a TRV if i have an AOR, considering my leave plan is for 15 days, with 20K CAD and detailed itinerary for the said 15 days with return flight tickets

Hi @Naturgrl & @canuck78 , can a sister- in-law of pregnant women try for a TRV for 15 days. does immigration accepts such case. providing sufficient funds and two way flight tickets and leave approval letter from employer.
She can apply showing her own cash in the bank, ties to return and travel history. Reason to visit is to meet niece/nephew. Don't buy tickets. If she is single then more chance of refusal because has no family ties.

she is married has two children and her husband will take care of her children while she is travelling. kid is not born yet, expecting in july , her travel is mainly to support my pregnant wife as my visa got rejected. my wife has PR

She is not going to support your wife as that may be seen as work. She is visiting only and that is how letter of invitation should be worded. If she provide doctor's notes then IRCC will think wife needs help. Does she have strong travel history? Where applying from? How much cash in the bank? Is her visit only 15 days because IRCC may not believe it knowing you are not in Canada?

Realistically given the timeline your wife really needs a plan B. Even if your SIL applies and gets approved that could take a few months to process and can take up to over a month for stamping in some locations.
