Realistically given the timeline your wife really needs a plan B. Even if your SIL applies and gets approved that could take a few months to process and can take up to over a month for stamping in some locations.

plan A was my visit, my TRV got rejected, So came up with plan B sending my sister to support my wife and my child.

She has no travel history, she is from INDIA, as a proof of return we are planning to book the two way tickets for 15 days

Return ticket is not proof of return. Tickets can be changed, refunded or not used. IRCC states not to buy tickets until approved. How can she buy tickets with a date as it could be months until a response.

so, do you think with a leave acceptance letter from employer, payslips and sufficient funds in bank will suffice, do i need an invitation letter from my wife, what should be mentioned in it.
Can i show the amount in INR or do i need to visit a CA and get a letter with account balance amount converted to CAD, while showing the funds
