Help NEEDED URGENTLY

Hello all-

I need help urgently,I submitted my express entry profile on Sunday July 12th with the incorrect NOC and now i received a Profile Ineligible status from CIC,I want to update or withdraw the form but its not allowing me to do so.Is it that I would have create a new profile?

please advice.
