Help needed. Travel document questions

Hi all,

I am filling out the application for the refugee travel documents. There is a section on the travel document application where they ask for proof of immigration status in Canada and they want the notice of decision-document number. what is the document number for the notice of decision? is it the same as RPD file number? or is the document number for the notice of decision found on the verification of status document?

please I am undergoing the same issue, if I used RPD number ,do I need to fill out the issued date and expiry date ? Thank you
