We have completed all of our forms and supporting documents. I am the principal applicant and my wife is my sponsor. I am an Outland applicant.

It's a very silly question but what is the best way to send these forms? And how are we going to know if they received it well or not. Please suggest us the best option.

Best to send by courier so that the courier can confirm delivery.

Such like UPS/DHL?
Yep. Make sure you use the address stated by CIC for courier deliveries as that is where they can sign for the package (cannot courier to a PO Box)

I used Canada Post’s Xpresspost service (Ontario to Nova Scotia). It took roughly 3 business days and I received a confirmation of delivery form with the signature with the signatory name. Not sure how much courier deliveries cost, but the Xpresspost parcel envelope was around $35.
