I just submitted my sponsorship for my wife last February and paid the processing fees. I received a letter last April asking me to pay for the Right of Permanent Residence Fee. Does that mean that my sponsorship has been approved already? because I was looking at the flow of how everything goes and after payment of Right of Permanent Resindence Fee is visa issued? please help me anyone!
