Help Needed! Start up Visa - Work Permit Application Refused.

Hi Everyone.

the forum has been super helpful in preparing the application for me.

I wanted to learn more on how can i address the concerns and re apply for the WP that just got refused today. I have the letter of support from an incubator, all documents were in line with the WP and yet they refused my applciation on grounds of Purpose of visit and financial ties to the country.

I have had three prior refusals for Visit Visa to canada. However, have been to US, UK, EU many times for holiday's and business.

What do you guys suggest i should do now?

PS: I am applying from Pakistan, so Abu Dhabi is my visa office.

You should talk to a lawyer.

I don't think you'll find many people on the forum who have been through the Startup Visa program, and even if you find someone, your case sounds complicated. The three refusals are probably weighing heavily on your application, but you really need a professional to look at the specific details of your profile.

Thank you, I used a lawyer to help me file for this. The Lawyer says' re-apply along with PR application.

June 3rd you have posted this on the forum, I am also from Pakistan and just about to start my startup , letter of support, would be grateful if you let me know, from which organization you get the letter of support? which consultant or Lawyer you have applied through, also do you get the PR now?
