Help needed! Problem as where to buy the proper expandable envelopes..

Hello everyone, I am now in the process of organizing all the documents collected for my wife's application.
Just one more question: Where do you guys buy the proper expandable envelopes and smaller organizing envelopes, as shown in the following post:

I tried to find something in Canada post, UPS, Staples but they are either to big or too small..

Any information will be appreciated.

I cheked wallmart, staples etc but none of them had it so i just made my own from two envelopes
