Help Needed on Refusal Based on Lump Sum Deposit

Hi,

How can I go about appeal or what is best to reach out to the Canadian embassy or authority on Tourist/Visit refusal based on:
1. Purpose of visit
2. Personal assets and financial status

I found out that I transferred almost 98% of my account balance from my Corporate account and Dollar (conversion) within barely 48 hours to the printing of my account statement.

I think I would have saved myself a lot if I had included an explanatory note or letter of Annual Dividend payment due to me from my Corporate account.

The said money is still in my account for the 3months going now and I still have 4 weeks to my date of travelling.

Please I need help in this regard

Thereis no appeal for a TRV. You could apply for Judicial Review, but that would take years and lots of money. Best bet is to re-apply and provide an explanation of the funds transfer, along with the associated documentation. You will also need to address the purpose of visit.

Agreed with the above. Note that the purpose of visit refusal typically means you haven't demonstrated sufficient ties to your home country.

Thanks guys.I will look towards the option of re-applying. How soon do you think I should re-apply? Nothing that I was denied Study Permit (Nov 4th 2017) and Visit (Feb 14th 2018).
