help needed on filling Travel Information - IMM5562E

I have worked for 3 years in Canada and I came back to my home country India. Applying PR under CEC
when i was in canada i was travelling ti US frequently so i have included my US trips in the form but the question is should i include my canada travel also as currently my origin and residence of country is india.

You include any travel abroad from your place of residence at that time. For the time where you have been a Canadian resident, you state all travels outside of Canada, including to the US (and to India, if any). For the time where you are/have been an Indian resident, you state all travels outside of India, including to Canada.
