Help needed in filling forms - Spousal ssponsorship

As part of Spousal sponsor ship there are two parts in form filling
Part 1 : Need to be filled by Sponsor i.e my self (Husband)

Part 2: Need to filled by person being sponsored (i.e my Wife) right ? or do can i fill on behalf them .
Please let me know in this below document who is the Principle Applicant means is it myself or my wife .
Forms also talks about dependents . does she need to mention my details under dependents ? no right ?

Some of the document have option for Principle applicant and Spouse selection [e.g Schedule A – Background_Declaration [IMM 5669]_IMM5669E ] other don't have
so i am totally confused with Principle applicant and Spouse definition in PART 2 of from filling .

Please can some one explains me with a clarity ...

Your wife is the principle applicant and no she does not need to mention your details for her dependants

You can fill the forms in for her but she will need to sign them

the "spouse" or "family members" listed as needing to fill out applicant forms is NOT the sponsor. CIC is referring to spouses and children who are also applying to be sponsored. Meaning if a husband, wife and kids were all applying to be sponsored, they would all need to fill out the forms. Sponsors DO NOT!
