Help needed for Visa re-application (under Dual Intent)

Hi Folks,

I had applied for my Study Visa in August and received a refusal on 7th September.

I am refusing your application on the following grounds:
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status
Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of your level of establishment, language abilities, financial ability and I am not satisfied you are a genuine student and that you will depart Canada at the end of your authorized stay.

What I have come to understand until this post is ah couple of mistakes that I might have made. It is to show that I have a 'dual intent' even though I did not have any invite for PR and I just had my application lying there in the pool. Also, I did apply my wife's Open Work Permit along my Study Visa file.

Now I am planning to reapply and need suggestions as to:

• What shall I do with my file in EE pool?
• If I delete it, Visa authority already knows about my dual intent. It might backfire.
• If I keep it as it is and state Dual Intent, the Visa might get rejected again.
• I am surely not going to apply for my wife's OEP now.

I would need some guidance on this matter and any help is welcome.

It seems they are saying you didn't show enough finances and you study plan doesnt make sense.
You should get caips notes to better understand your rejection.

I have heard that these notes take anywhere from 30 to 60 days to arrive. Also, to throw some light on finances, I did show proofs worth $24,000 (includes $10,000 GIC). I did show 3 affidavits - 2 with loan paybacks and 1 gift deed from my father.
I had also attached a detailed SoP along and provided an explanation.

Do you think anything could still be made better?
