Hello. I'm in the process of obtaining a two-year work visa as part of the IEC program, leaving in April, and I'm at the stage where I need to purchase travel insurance. However, I can't quite find anywhere that lists the absolute requirements for that insurance, and I've been advised that, should it not be at a certain level of coverage, I could be deported upon arrival. I was just wondering if anybody who is familiar with the subject would be able to let me know what is required under the insurance?
I'm coming from Australia, and right now I'm looking for the cheapest insurance I can find, just the absolute basics. Also, if anyone here has also done the same program, then I'd love to know which travel insurance you purchased for your trip.
