How you submitted the Family Information form? Filled it in the Adobe reader and saved it? How you enter the names in native language? And how to sign "I do not have a spouse" and "I do not have any children".

Did you print this document, fill, sign and then scan back?

No need to enter names in native language. You do not need to sign also for online. You can save and upload it. Signing option comes later at paying process.

In online application it says

A letter of acceptance is issued by the Canadian educational institution on official letterhead, and shows the exact amount of tuition fees you are required to pay, the anticipated starting and finishing dates, and the date by which you need to register.

There is no tuition fee on my letter. Is that normal for masters program [computer science] (2ys) because university told me that their letters doesn't not contain tuition fee.

What I do? only submit the letter? or what you did while applying online, Thanks.

You can find in their website for your program. After then you can either take a screenshot and submit it with LOA or you can copy paste it in word file with the LOA.

Where I add my scans of my degrees in online application.

they do not need it . but you can attach it with your letter of explanation/SOP

One more question. No need to attach ILETS Result, Police certificate?

Police certificate will be asked letter. If you have it now then you can attache it in letter of explanation.

And is SOP necessary? I have BSc Hons in computer science, worked at the best university then employed by the best company here so the track is pretty clear why I am doing MSc Computer Science (Thesis) so I can do Ph.d after that.

SOP is optional and its your wish to add it or not as your path is clear.

hello dipta. i have a question particularly for you. does the letter of introduction come online after the original passport request or the other way around?

It comes after the passport request and you have given the passport.
