Help needed Family Sponsorship - Sibling

Hi,

Please can someone help me clarify this..... I wouldl like to sponsor my brother and i would be sending the application to the CIC office in canada. Is the application going to be processed withhin canada or in Africa(Nigeria) where my brother resides? Also can I sponsor any of my siblings under the family sponsorship?

You can sponsor your brother only if he is under the age of 18. Read information on the CIC website about who can be sponsored. A link to the page is noted below:

Most likely you can't sponsor your brother independently. You can only sponsor him if you have no spouse, no children, your parents are no longer alive, and you have no other family in Canada.
