Help Needed: Express Entry Refusal

Dear Seniors,

Last night i got a reply from CIC that my application has been rejected and the status has been changed to failed.

2 weeks back they send a query that in the initial application I had mentioned my spouse and kid but i had not mentioned that they will be accompanying me to Canada. So when invite was sent i had added them and all their details and documents were submitted. so if they will accompany then my points will decrease.

i replied by opening the previous forms and with screen shots i showed them my application and in the section they only asked about my family members which i had mentioned and i assumed that means they will be accompanying me...i could not find it anywhere in the forms where such was mentioned if they will be accompanying me.

so now what is to be done.

Please create a new EE profile with the correction (check box for accompanying family members) and enter the pool with the new job validation code and a new JB registration and if the CRS Score is high enough wait for a fresh ITA.
