HELP NEED! Submitted under EE, study permit

I submitted PR application under EE. Because my work permit was expired, I applied study permit at Seneca college. Today I was informed that the program was suspended. I decide to withdrawal and leave Canada. I do not want to have a bad record cause my immigration application is in process.
Anyone know how to inform immigration office about give up to be a full-time student?

If you have applied for PR, why don't you apply Bridging Open Work permit ?

I feel very bad for your situation. I recommend you to call cic customer care and discuss this issue with them, they might give you better suggestion.
